My name is Gurudeo Singh and my car honda city has stolen from Huda City Centre Metro Parking Station on 24th July 2011. I have given the keys to parking attendant but when I returned at night, neither keys are there nor car. I have lodge a complaint on MG Road metro police station and they have given the non-traceable report after 3 months in October 2011 and I have submitted the non traceable report to ICICI lombard office in Rani Bagh, Delhi. In Nov 2011, they have given me one letter that you can’t receive the claim because its your fault that you have given the keys to parking attendant.
These days, it is a normal practice to give the keys to parking attendant if their is no suitable space in parking so that they can put the car once space is available, so how it is our fault. ICICI lombard is a fraud company and I am advised all person not to take any insurance from ICICI lombard. They are giving so many advertisement to sell the insurance but while giving the claim, they are harassing people.
