I had one of the worst experiences in terms of claim settlement they usually don’t take any cognizance of the submitted claim unless the claimant doesn’t raise a complaint to IRDA. Never ever go for them never buy as this one of the worst Health Insurance service providers.
Since they deal in a wide variety of different other insurances apart from Health Insurance hence their customer service team is also unresponsive with regards to any complaint about delay in claim settlement or any other complaint.
The premium charged is very high the service are not value for money
