As discussed please go thru the complaints which demonstrates and elaborates very unprofessional approach conducted from representative from your insurance company. Regret recommending it to my family and friends and lesson learnt from this experience. Such unprofessional people are hazardous to society and professional organization. Would request you to take strict action against him. Ask him not to visit our home ever again otherwise he will be responsible for further consequences. How dare he can ask for personal mobile and gmail or google surfing? What exactly was his motive to especially with such inspection? Is this the training standards of your insurance company follows or wish to follow? We are truly disappointed. Adhar Card, Pan Card or Passport, Light bill or tax bill are good enough to suffice the need for verification. This culprit insisted and took away the phone to see google! He should be shunt off from his job immediately otherwise you will need to be ready for many more future surprises from customer.
Moreover please train your officer to exhibit more patience and reveal their own identity first before adventuring further scrutiny in any inspectional visit. It neither make any sense nor professional. Question should be valid and apt for the case not irrelevant. Not sure about such poor training standard. These are not basics? Asking legitimate claims is our rights and as a responsible/genuine insurance provider service and experience shouldn’t be compromised at any cost.
Awaiting your action and will further follow up accordingly. Kindly share me the number of manger where I can raise further escalation. Sending just mail regarding termination of health policy is simple for you but you should have truly done the proper check. After finding couple of feedbacks regarding your claim officer or team no wonder why image of your insurance company has tarnished or diluted.
