I have taken a combined policy due to multiple calls received from icici people with all fake promises and I have renewed even I don’t want to be renewed, When I suppose to use the policy for my sister ma ternary(who is the policy owner) customer care people(those who sold me policy) toald I must use policy for at least 3 years for getting befits. Since it’s big company I have trusted and purchased health policy and finally when time has come they have cheated me with all fake promises.I will not suggest to buy this policy try some other companies
