Very bad service .When I sent a mail for guidance, they mail back promptly to open specific policy particulars., by logging in, inspire I wrote them that I closed the homeloan etc connected to the policies.
I had a similar experience when I approached them for homeloan.
People lined up. But no sooner the loan was given there was no proper guidance Looks like every thing is handled by contract laborers without having any responsibility and accountability.
