one of my client Mr phani raj - bought a policy ( LIFE Time ) . - without giving any valid reasons they have terminated the policy ( even though he has paid premiums for three years - which is mandatory for a ulip) .
One of my client - Sudesh - expired within 6months of buying an ULIP( she died while being operated for a knee replacement surgery) . Her daughters were harassed by the claim settlement team by making very vulgar statements like -" we think you were aware that your mother would die during the surgery and so have bought the policy anticipating the same ! ".
Also these goons have enquired about the girl’s character with her neighbors - This experience has traumatised the girl further who were already in grief.
I had to fight tooth and nail with the IPRU mngmnt . shooting stinkers to their MD to get the claim finally settled. After this experience I quit I -Pru . Now I face two problems 1. these shameless people have witheld my commissions running to more than 2 lakh rupees .2. clients who have bought policies through me are suffering as they are not serviced properly. One of the most unprofessional company I have come across in my life!
