I have a life insurance with ICICI Prudential. Its completely market based. They do not inform about any hidden charges.
I initially had a policy with them for the last four years. After I surrendered the policy there were hidden charges which I never knew off and it was a loss. I was supposed to get about 19laks but only got 20laks
The services has been below average. The two current policy is for ten years. I have had couple of policies with them.
