Read this before going with ICICI Pru Life and Save yourself
So here is my story:
One of their representatives sold me 2 policies by telling false and misleading information, as this officer belongs to my home branch and I used to meet him frequently for deposit money and all he was like my friend so I agreed to opt for their policies called, IPRU WEALTH BUILDER(Policy no. 19312400) and Wealth Protector LP(19711482)(Combined amount more than 3 lac)
And just after that, I had to go to out of India and could not read policy bond on which the guy said it’s okay trust me, You can withdraw your money back any time you want if you don’t want to continue.
And when I came back I wanted that money for my sister higher studies but then the guy who sold me policy disappeared and they got the clear excuse that it’s in the lock-in period so you can not get money before 5 yrs. Just because of their misleading sales I couldn’t get my own money and we had to sell our traditional jewelry for my sister’s study.
After 30+ emails and calling several times, there was not a good response from them.
Worse support ever, when it comes to returning the money but when they want your money they will behave like the nicest person on the planet.
And this is not just me there are so many people whom they sold policies by misleading and false information. Their representative care about their targets and commission only.
I also have proof that whenever ICICI Pru life runs ads, they never enable comments so people can’t comment and tell what’s going on. check below image.
Taking insurance policies from ICICI Pru Life is like a suicide. ICICI used to be my fav bank but I lost all the faith in ICICI.
And now my only goal is to aware people as much as I can.
Update: ICICI prudential life working on my issue and I will update this with further information once I get full resolution.
