ICICI Bank And Prudential Are A Fraud

Cheated and harassed by ICICI BANK AND ICICI PRUDENTIAL Managers.


I am  Anshuman Arora. I have two accounts with ICICI one is saving and other is wealth account, in my family every one has an account in ICICI bank as we are dealing with them from such a long time and we were extremely satisfy with the services.


However there services became nightmare when I shifted to Delhi and transfer my account to ICICI- Jasola Vihar branch, New Delhi.


I wanted to invest Approximately  10 to 11 lacks in the form of F.D. so I went to the branch and talk to the manager Miss Anshika so she suggested me that I should invest my money in some ICICI tax saving plan.


As there will be no tax deduction on the interest so I got interested in the product and wanted to know more about the same, she took to managers office Mr. Prateek Garg.


He started explaining the product  so I decided to invest 5 lack in the same. He insisted to make it six so I sad fine doesn’t make much difference and I invested rest of my funds in FD.


At the time of purchasing the policy I confirm from him that do I have to make any yearly payment he sad it’s a five year plan if you make the payment it would be good if you don’t make the payment it would be fine there will not be any charges neither it will get collapse.


I again confirm from him he replied it’s a special plan by ICICI bank in this plan 10 percent will stay invested in equity and 90 will be in bonds, if you want to change the size of the Amount or ratio just let me know ill do that for you.


I ask for the policy he sad your policy will be send to your home address we have with us I sad fine. After 7 to 8 day I went to the bank for some work and ask for my policy I got a reply it takes seven to ten business days for policy to reach at your address.


As it comes from our Mumbai head office after few more days I ask her for the same. She sad I will re-send the policy to you which I never received.


After that I ask for the policy number of times at last she sad sir don’t worry it is linked to your wealth account it doesn’t make any difference. So I was not worried about any thing.


Just few days ago I got a call from ICICI prudential, that guy sad I am your account manager and I would like to meet you. I sad fine you can come in evening, he came to my house he helped me activating my account.


He has each and every information of mine with him related to when I invested and how much I invested, then he suggested why don’t you invest more in your account in the form of equity so I was ready to invest two lack more as market was going up.


Then he sad sir you have to make a payment of two lack every year from now on.


I sad no I just want to make a one payment of two lack if I have extra funds with me ill try to invest more then he sad sir you have to make a regular payment other wise your account will get collapse I replied I want same plan in which I don’t have to make a payment every year.


He sad sir we don’t have any plan like that. Then I replied ill talk to my bank manager Anshika. she sold me the same product. Then he replied sir there is no plan like this. You have IPRU elite wealth 2.


He showed me on internet, it was clearly mention in the same that I have to make regular payment on my account other wise it will get collapse in 30 days and I have to pay charges for the same and I will be getting the interest rate of savings account of 4 percent only.


I got shocked I sad if it is true I need to take an action he replayed you should and requested me that I don’t take his name because there is some clashes between them and ICICI bank managers I was about to call Anshika and he left my home in no time as he has committed some crime.


It was 7.30 by my watch so I didn’t call her. I ICICI bank your customer care number and inform them about the same.


They sad sir we will work on your case and get back to you with in 7 days. Next to next day I got a call from anshika I discuss every thing with her she sad ill solve your problem with lower management very easily but take the complain back it would be a problem for my career.


I told her I can understand if you solve my problem ill take my complain bank then she started insisting me to take my complain back and sad tell them I need the money for some emergency.


I was soft on her because she was always very cooperative to me and my family.


Then I replayed I am coming to your bank in evening and we will talk about the same. I told her its not your mistake though you were there In the managers room but he was your senior so you had no right to speak against him that is why I haven’t taken your name.


She replied Prateek sir has left the branch, So now action will be against me and it’s a one time charge of only 6, 000(which was also not true). At last I had to raze my voice then she introduce me to some other manager he came to me with a print out of my policy.


He sad you should write an email to higher authorities. so I did that after few days I got a call from her she sad our manager wants to meet me I sad fine.


Next day she came to my house with branch manager of icici MCIA-New Delhi and very rude guy name Saurabh Modi he introduce him as a Sr manager of ICICI prudential  neither he had any identity card nor visiting card with him.


I explained my problem to the bank manager and ask for a right option from him I told him I really don’t want any action against her because of reason I have discuss with you earlier.


I ask him to break my payment in to five equal installments and Saurabh didn’t let me speak and interrupted in between and spoke to me very rudely listen to me … and he started giving me a lecture as he is my boss he sad we have send you e-mail and post.


If your address is right you must have received it. I told him I haven’t received any post I told him it was received by some one name Manoj as told to me by customer care department. He sad its not our problem.


And he started pressing me to continuously make a payment and I got frustrated  and sad I want my money back I don’t trust you any more he sad I am giving you two days time to think to I sad no I want my money back and I want to close my and my family accounts with you.


Then bank manager started explaining the things very gently so I was fine and we started  talking, Then again he interrupt and sad hey I am asking from you last time I sad no. and he left the place.


He behave with me in very unprofessionally, aggressively and rudely. Just today I got a letter saying we are unable to process your request for cancelling your policy.


And every year I have to pay non- payment charges which was for one year earlier only. So I called anshika she gave me the number of Saurabh Modi.


I inform him about the about the letter he sad our management doesn’t understand what you say and ask me to file a legal case against ICICI bank.


Over the phone he was shouting on me and challenging me to do what ever I can and used abusive language so I sad thank you for your help and disconnected the call. His language was unprofessional and abusive.


Last but not the lease the policy which is given to me now there is no terms and condition mention which says my policy will collapse if I miss any payment.


So even if I would have received the policy papers with in 15 days earlier there was no way I would have discovered this trap.

1.I Have been cheated by your icici Branch manager Mr. Prateek Garg   and Miss Anshita.


2.Abused and provoked me to file a legal case agenized ICICI bank by ICICI prudential Sr manager Mr. Saurabh Modi


WE HAVE TO TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST THEM TOGETHER.
