Unfortunately I am a customer to ICICI bank since 10+ years, 3 years I have taken a policy at ICICI Pru life.
As per the policy guidelines & per customer care I requested them to change the frequency to yearly and premium to 20k.
I don’t understand whether customer care can understand the English or not...they just changed the frequency and not change the premium amount as agreed and they agreed to change the premium and sent mail also but till today several e-mails. No response and no actions. I had several bitter experiences with ICICI brand it self. I suggest all be careful about the ICICI brand products and company.
Think twice before you take any.
