ICICI prudential agent Mr. Ravi Ranjan Yadav took Rs. 37, 500 to deposit as the insurance premium but he failed to do so. He confessed later that he lost the money in the race course betting. He promised that he would return the money soon.
He somehow returned Rs.7, 500 but it’s been more than an year, he has not returned a penny. Money was paid in three installments, Rs 20, 000 through netbanking from my bank account to his bank account, and other two payments Rs. 12, 500 and Rs. 5000 was paid cash in hand.
The policy has already expired last year.
