Unfortunatley I am a customer to ICICI bank since 10+ years, 3 years I have taken a policy at icici pru life.
As per the policy guidlines & per customer care I requested them to chenge the frequncy to yearly and premimy to 20k.
I dont understand whether customer care can understand the english or not...they just changed the frequency and not change the premium amount as agreed and they agreed to change the premium and sent mail also but till today several emils..no response and no actions.
I had several bitter experences wiht ICICI brand it self. I suggest all be careful about the icici brand products and company. Think twice before you take any.
