Poor response to change of address request.
I personally visited pcmc branch and gave request for change of address with necessary documents.
The change of address was effected and wrongly shown.
I spoke to the toll free number they give stereotype reply and go again to the branch.
I did send mail to customer care. They never read the mail in full. Do not give complete replies. Again request for the same documents furnished earlier.
Even after writing 4 mails they do not open their eyes and look into the real issues.
Given a chance I would not like to deal with them again.
