My father had taken an annuity policy 00239523 which has got matured now, but they refused to pay money because of a clause that was not told to us in-spite of us asking them.
I have sent emails, called their customer care, visited their office but all efforts have been futile. Even if it is of no meaning of me to say this, but I hope even their fathers should run behind to get their rightful money, then only they will understand what it is like.
All the senior management should hang themselves. However after reading all the previous feedback I doubt this will have any effect on them. ==Shame on you guys. Shame on you. Whoever is in the senior management - Judhajit Das, Chanda Kochhar, Rajiv Sabharwal etc....you guys should look at the way you are treating your customers except for making strategies and attending conferences!!!
