I have lately stopped trading from icicidirect due to its unpredictable behaviour. When logged in to the site, it displayes the message "XYZ logged on. You last accessed to site on XYZ IST" and "Loading, Please wait ." and suddenly throws me back to the login page again, and this process continues forever. Sometime it will allow me to see the trading page, but after a few clicks it again throws back to the login page. This behaviour is more intense during trading hours, and it is almost impossible to trade Because of this behaviour, I have not traded from this account since past many months.
I contacted the ICICI helpdesk, but they could not help me out at all. A few times, they asked me to wait but the support personal never came back. One of the reason that I was given by the helpdesk was that the site might have been blocked by the network I am using. I dont understand how the helpdesk concluded it as the login page opens perfectly fine and it authenticates as well which is clear from the information given above. Also, sometime, mostly during non trading time, I am able to log-in and view portfolio etc from the very same network.
I have some cash left in my ICICI account which I am planning to transfer into other DEMAT accounts.
