I would not repeat what others say but just would confirm that customer service is alien to this organization. So long as you have no problems the portal generally works fine, though its not unusual that when its a critical time - big boom when you want to buy, or a big crash when you want to sell - the portal is unable to handle the traffic but one can still live with that as a retail customer.
Biggest issue with this organization is their "one-size-fits-all" strategy of customer service - if you are lucky and your specific problem is in their FAQ - you can get an answer, if not, then even God cannot help you since you cannot find any named person whom you can contact - their senior management is behind an iron curtain - you can’t find their name, email or contact nos anywhere, their offices will not provide those - so end of the day one is left at the mercy of mechanical beings managing their customer service who are incapable of understanding live human problems.
