I read lot of reviews, both good and bad, about people experience in using ICICIdirect.com for online trading but I was amazed to experience the complete ignorance of ICICIdirect.com towards signing new client. I sent an online request to ICICIDirect asking them to contact me then I got at least 5 calls to fix the appointment but no one ever turn up to see me nor did any follow up.
To add spice when I wrote to ICICI help desk they told me that someone would call me in 3 working days...oh I am still waiting for that auspicious day and enjoying the great customer service of ICICIDirect. When I discussed the same with few of my friends they said its common, as ICICI has almost no quality control on front-end people who are interacting with customer on daily basis. I am sure sooner or later they are going to feel the heat.
