Highly unprofessional and cheats. They stole our one box full of electronic stuff.
I am frustrated and highly disappointed with the service of ICM guys. I used their service to move my household stuff including bike from Pune to Udaipur on 30 March 2013. My GC Number is 105817. You can mail me at Siddhu_jai@comcast.net to get further information.
I was dealing with Mr. Pratap Choudhary at ICM Pune office. He offered a quote of Rs. 12000 after looking at all the stuff to pack, and based on this quote we finalized the deal.
But on the day of packing they bought small size boxes and charged us Rs. 3000 extra as the number of boxes increased.
Since we had a deadline to travel to new place and vacate the flat, we paid him the extra amount too. Just to save some money I did this mistake of not going for professional packers but now I highly regret as I have actually paid the same amount which standard reputed packers and movers quoted.
They charged us for insurance but never did that. They committed to deliver within 5 days but it took us 15 days to receive the consignment. After calling them every day, they finally revealed that they are actually car movers and place the house hold stuff packages in the car moving trucks as per the availability, and since there is no truck to deliver car to Udaipur, it will take time to deliver.
Finally when I received the consignment I saw one box # 19 comprising of electronics and watches missing. I reported this to Mr. Pratap Chaudhary and he straight away lied that he has moved all the items of that box into another box prior to shipping our package. We opened all the boxes and confirmed that the box #19 was actually missing and there was no clubbing of boxes done.
Now we call them every day till date to request Mr. Pratap to check in his (godown) for Box # 19. We haven’t found the box yet and still following up with ICM Packers. They identified the highest value box while packing and cleverly stole it.
