ICQ is great for those instant moments you are bored online and want to see who’s on. I use them to chat with my family and friends. My mother who isn’t all that smart about computers can work it so that must mean its pretty simple to download and install and set up. I use it for most of chat preferences. It allows you to send SMS messages to your cell phone or pager. It allows you to send greetings cards. It allows to chat in real time and talk in real time.
