Although I don’t have any account in idbi but my friend has.whenever we visit idbi bank for any transactions, query, complaint we got awesome response from idbi staff.I heard so many times that private banks are far better from government bank but when I see idbi bank working style I totally believe in the fact.All the staff are young so that understand the need of customer very easily.if the customer is irritated then handle the customer so beautifully without telling them to close their account.When we go for any complaint in government bank they directly tell customer to close their account and open it in private bank instead of solving the complaint.I would like to say one thing to idbi staff keep up the good work and please don’t change your attitude toward the client because client only visited the branch we client is in need.
