I come to know IDBI is offering zero balance a/c so I decided why not have one a/c. When I went there to apply they said that I need to give 5000 initial deposit. They filed my form them selves I was happy that they are doing so good service but my miser just started later.
They realized cheque with in four days. After a week I went there to inquire about the status of my saving a/c they said it is not opened but after search they saw that it was shown on my fathers name which was not even a/c holder he is not even in existent. Then they told me to correct mistake I must write letter to them which I submitted immediately.
I went next week to see status but still not opened. After third week they said that my form was rejected due to incomplete information. Which was again resend after providing more information which was nothing but my job details.
After 2 months they have now opened the a/c and after that two show my 5000 in my a/c they took one more day and even shown deposit date 2 months after real cash transfer which was a/c opening date. And now they made my father my nominee which nor I requested and even he is not alive they made dead person nominee.
So if you are thinking of opening a/c so be prepared to wait in definitely and any one can be nominee.
