I khemlal sahu custemer of idbi bank.my home branch is mahasamund cg.i live in rajim .it has also idbi branch.i do my whole transaction from rajilm branch.tommorow I was traveling from rajim to dhamtari.suddenly my friend cal me for money.i went to idbi bank branch dhamtari.through NEFT I transfer my money to my friend.and I think my work has done.i also ask the manager how many times it will be transferred he says that I will be around two or three hour.i says ok.i came to my home about 6:00 pm.but when I call my friend I shocked when he says that he didn’t get any money.i was in full tention in whole night.in next day means today morning I search contact of idbi branch office dhamtari.but there is no contact in their sites.but I find custemer care number.i call this numbe I request to give me the number of any persons who belongs to this branch.they give me 8966002826.when I call this number I found that this person sinha g was in leave.but he gave me no.9203913913. he didn’t receive my phone and I was so tenced.than he gave me another no.9203913917.it was time of 4:30 I call again this time I found that my work has not done by bank.at this time I was totaly upset.
