Unfortunately my company has given me IDBI as my Salary account, Which is the pathetic account which I have. Worst service and callcentre.
Its just like the government Its useless to have a salary account like IDBI with zero benefits and worst and pathetic service,
They never respond to your queries and in return they say like you can call them @ 7am there also no use. They say like you are not the account holder as our system is not showing your details. I dont understand how these people are maintaining such a crap Database?
