Pros
Great work environment and less pressure vis-a-vis other peers. Freshers have a great scope to learn. Young bank with most of the staff below 35. People at work are nice and help colleagues irrespective of departments. Good scope for people working in retail banking department as the bank is looking to grow in that area.
Cons
Poor HR policies and bureaucratic management. Decision making is slow. Wage revision from Nov 2012 is still pending. Frequent changes in the organizational structure shows lack of clarity or direction at Senior Management levels. Most of the senior management pass on the responsibility of making decisions to the next level
