I am account holder in IDBI, Greams Road branch. This account was opened by my ex employer and given to me as a salary account. From the day 1 till now I do have any problems in dealing with transactions. I have been provided with cheque book, net banking facility and ATM card. Whenever transactions happens immediately I will receive a message.
Especially why I preferred to write about this branch is the staffs. They were really awesome. Any kind of doubts/clarifications we can reach out to them immediately and get it resolved. I am not sure if I can mention their names, but I would really like to appreciate them for their customer service.
After relieving from the company, I started to use this as my personal savings account just because of their prompt service.
