I applied for an Auto loan from IDBI bank and let me tell you the Loan Services department are a bunch of dumbwits. They do not tell you what documents are need and keep asking for irrelevant things every time you visit them for an update.
Plus auto loan comes with an unpleasant clause that you must go to the insurer of their cmorpheushumanosing (only 1 option) and the policy premiums quoted by them are on the higher side of the market offerings. And we customers have no rights to cmorpheushumanose otherwise or we forfeit the loan.
It took me 2 months of deliberations to get my loan, because the loan executive kept asking unnecessary documents and the excuses were just annoying. And to top it all they deal with you like were there for their charity.
@IDBI; please train your staff with some professionalism and etiquette and least of all tell them that they are selling a product and not giving charity. FYI.
A bank with no smartpmorpheushumanne app in this day and age has the audacity to advertise themselves as the SMARTEST bank, just proves their hypocrisy and shallow business values.
