No need to go personally and stand in long queues even to open an account. You can simply get all the hard copies of forms and other documents at your home through courier. Just give the request and your address to the Branch executive. In the same fashion, you fill up the forms and attach all necessary documents and send them to the particular branch.
Internet facility is very good. I pay my monthly bills and do all types of Banking(Money Transfer, Opening a FD/RD, Checking Balance . . . .) in a single click anytime on my laptop. Honestly speaking I never visited my branch for above reasons even for a single time.
Interest rates are competitive and attractive for FDs and RDs.
In a nutshell, I am fully satisfied with the services, Rates of interest, Bank staff behavior and quick responses offered by IDBI. My ratings definitely would be 5/5.
