I have saving bank account in this IDLE bank. Its customer care great, they have only one answer " Please visit our branch" for every query. When you visit branch, very poor response by their executive.
For a small query you need to bunk your office and visit branch.Unluckily I have PPF account also in this bank. I am going to transfer it in other bank.I have request to all, Please dont open any type account in this stupid bank.
