IDBI is the worst bank service provider. We can open the account in few times but after that it has not good because the staff is not cooperative and not much helpful. I have to open a locker but they have taken more than a week to open this by giving me uncoscious reasons. The bank is also not having very much atm in metro cities so because of that the transaction limit is there.
The bank doesnt have an app for internet banking. We have to go the website for doing an internet banking.
So I am not satisfied with it
