And I also use net banking services from idbi Bank. The ATM felicity and the bank branches are good with IDBI Bank. Their customer services and response are up to the mark. The online banking is very convenient and it is easy to follow. Net banking transactions are very smooth and no charges payable.their customer services is also excellent. There is no delay in any transactions. So my Overall experience was good with IDBI Bank.
