I had a company account in this bank since 10 year . I also opened ppf account in this bank. In my 10 years association bank never come to offer additional service like offer personal loan or auto loan, credit card issue .
As a regular customer I am doing 6 to 7 lac banking transaction from it and my 80% usage of net banking and online banking till they could not recommended me to open recurring account or fixed deposit account in their bank.
before 3 to 4 year their is facility on line banking for making any type of deposit but now they insist to come at bank for formalities. Compare to other bank their saving bank interest rate is also very poor.
I could not see customer interaction our personal touch bounding by the bank people.
