Dear all, I am using IDBI bank account since 2011. I have account in Hyderabad branch. It has superb services due to that I became hard core fan of idbi bank. I am using debit card as well net banking services. First one adding of new beneficiaries in net banking portal it will take only one hour as other taking around 16 to 24 hours. With in 1 hour they approve and we can transfer the money.
Second one is service tax - other banks are charging around 5 rupees plus 18% gst as surcharges, but coming to idbi they are not charging single penny also for both neft as well as imps. Third one is for railway ticket booking - other banks charging 10 rupees / 1.8 % of ticket value plus 18 % gst, but coming to idbi there is no charges.
Like that many good services they are offering to us. I am proud to be idbi customer. U can recommend idbi accounts to all.
