I was an employee of IDC and I am writing this after experiencing my work here after 4 years. Exactly before 5 years, I was looking for a job. I had struggled already with long working hours, too much of work pressure etc. After so many years of struggle, I wanted a relaxing and easy job.
I received a call from IDC and they had opening in their company. I attended the interview and got selected.
It’s been 4 years since then, I never felt an urge to look for any other job after this. I am having a completely satisfied life here, my work is going great and we get constant appraisals and promotions too. For extra ordinary performance, we get extra bonus and acknowledgement. There is competition here too, but it’s always encouraging here. Everyone gets equal opportunity here to perform their best.
I have been growing here very well in all the ways, I am earning loads, I have a balanced personal and professional life and I have become a better human.
The work environment is so friendly, we get paid on time, all the higher officials are available for guidance and advice all the time. I am looking forward for another promotion very soon here. So, anybody who is looking for a job and gets an offer from IDC consultancy, then do not hesitate, take up the job immediately as this consultancy can get you a very relaxed and happening life, you would always just dream about. This place is just like a small family where you learn, you fall, you rise and you win. Thanks IDC for this wonderful experience of my life. I am sure, if someday I am going to retire from work, then this shall be my last company I ever worked for.
