I am writing this review because I am really fed up of Idea operator.
Specially its 4G LTE service notification annoys a lot! Every minute, a notification pops up saying Enjoy Idea 4G.
It is really annoying and there is no way to block that popup notification.
I called up the customer care regarding this issue and was really amazed hearing the executive’s reply.
He said Sir, what is the problem in that notification, its good that you are enjoying our 4G service.
In addition, he told that there is no way to stop that.Already the charges are very expensive and illicit. Also, such annoying services.
I have already decided to Port out my sim to Jio.Idea does not cares for its customers and so,
I do not recommend anyone to use Idea sim card!
