Hello friends today I will share my experience for using idea sim.
I was an idea customer for more than seven years, earlier I was the prepared customer but after damaging my own Sim the time when I asked for a replacement, the company offered me a postpaid him with very Good looking plan of Rs.299 only. After opting to choose postpaid plan, I received a bill of Rs.600 at the end of the month which I never intend to expect such amount. The explanation company give me, was totally based on the services activated like caller tune in multimedia services which were costing me Rs.15 per day.
The company service provider denied and neither bothered about deactivating the service even after receiving a written complaint which was addressed to their manager. I faced and harassment for almost 2 months and received bill for Rs.4600 by the time I was into the process of creating to use idea mobile.
My overall feedback for this company is negative and I would recommend all my friends to opt for good companies like Jio or BSNL.
