Idea 4G is not good. Still they have to do more interms of signal quality, speed of internet. 4G internet speed veries always by default iy reaches 14kbps in my area with Redmi prime 3 phone. Always phone shows full signal towards Idea 4G network but internet connectin speed will be less. During late night or early in the morning 4G speed touches around 900kbps at max. If we are using phone inside a tall building ( office) then also signal streangth shows full but internet speed will be 10 to 14kbps. Inside building voice call quality also very poor. In my case I can hear other person but other person can’t hear my voice. Many times voice breaks. Its the Idea signal issue. Internet 4G plans are made after Jio plans. So almost we are getting idea plans as per Jio plans. Once we apply for number portal then Idea customer care coming with exiting offers to retain the customer.
