I used it for a month and switched back to other ISP. The only reason behind it was its slow internet speed and even no connectivity at some time.
As the ISP promises to provide 4G speed, it takes the charges in the same manner. But the speed you will get will be even less than the 3G. So, there’s no chance of proper video calling or even voice calling sometimes.
The customer service just keeps advising the same thing- "Switch off and then on your phone!" but nothing works.
So, kindly go through the entire review and ignore getting your data pack recharged with Idea 4G LTE as it will be a waste of money.
