Hello friends, I’m here to tell you about my experience of my Idea 4G sim. I have been using Idea network since 1 year ago. I bought this when it was popular but in 2017 ita network quality has touch down a new low, it been ages since I have seen full network on Idea network. Whenever I go to village area , there are no signals only messages comes up. Their 3G speed works like 2G and even worse at night. I was so irritated by its speed that I had to buy a 4G phone and then another sim. Their cusromer service is the slowest whenever I call them to ask something first theywill keep you holdfor almost 15 minutes. Their plan are also costly comparing to another sims.
