Idea is a big company but still there is no value for coutmer . They charge very high but not provide satisfical service . I took the plan of 5 mbps wifi but it didnt provide even 1 mbps of speed . Now I m not very much reliable on idea and switch to airtel now . they charge u a little high then idea but atleast they provides u good network and good speed . The service is very very very poor incase of idea . If we call on coustmer care it took almost 30 min to contact them . So that is very poor. They didnt support their coustmer .
