Customer Service / Netwrok Nightmare Idea Mobile

Its was a worst ever experience while using Idea Cellular, there is nothing called as customer service, even if you try to escalate the matter with appellate authority they behave in same unresponseive manner. Even in todays age for corporate connection bill payment you have to visit Idea Gallery, there is not online payment option.


As I had 3(Account No.: 100039207859) lines and my field employees faced regular problems, as they had to leave office hours and queue up / find location for the idea gallery for bill payment.


Network was so frustrating that when u call for more than 15 mins there was a call drop. When calling customer service they again asked to visit gallery or call DSA and said we cannot take corporate complaints on CS number, no reference number was ever given for complaints.


DSA never replied the calls or took any complaint.


Finally I was requesting for porting out since last 3 months, as it has become unbearable, even in that they kept asking to wait for billing cycle and kept rejecting the request. So I had to stop using there service and went other service provider and lost all my numbers.


NEVER GO FOR IDEA CORPORATE CONNECTION or ITS SURE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR time and resources just managing the mobile connections.
