Idea Cellular LTD is a too bad mobile network service provider . They have many problems . I have used their network . But, I am fully unsatisfied with their network .
Now a days internet is a most important things in our daily life . We all are using internet daily evenly maximum time of a day for various purposes . When I have a important work which done by internet then I have trying to open a web page or app . But, there is a horrible things . By using idea internet, page& app are loading for long long time . As a result, I am unable to done this important job . So, I lossed many things . So, don’t use their internet service .
Their network service also bad . In rural area I am unable to connect anyone for no signal of idea . If fortunately it have a network then I am unable to hear in phone clearly .
They have no good call rate cutter or sms pack .
Sometimes, they deducted main balance& activate VAS without permission of owner . When I called their customer care team for the same& requested for refund . They refuse me .
Upto few days ago, they have too many advertisements in TV, internet, poster for internet speed . These advertises are just irritating for me .
As I have bad experiences with idea . I do not recommended it to any one .
