I am postpaid user of idea since 2 years
I had a corporate plan with 8 numbers but now from last 3 months. I am facing severe network problems and there is no solution for them
Every sunday there is no network in all my numbers from 8 am to 8 pm and even customer care executives dont take my calls now
For bill payment there calls come every month on time, when I tell them about my problem they are saying talk to our customer care
Finally I have decided to port all my numbers and sent port request
Now they are calling everyday and apologising for inconvenience and saying that they will clear all my network issues within 15 days
( From last 3 months I called them every single week for my problem, ran to their offices so many times and most of times they didnt even listened to me just file my complaint and say that it will be done within month and I have waited for 3 months and now they are saying we will do it in 15 day)
What do you think we are mad?
I am done with you idea??
