I purchased a pre-paid IDEA SIM with mobile number 9847840536 on 17/11/2012 from a retailer in Fort Kochi. The SIM is yet to be activated as on 22/11/2012.
An e-mail sent to customer care has evoked any response. Such a poor service in this age. God save IDEA. What a service Sirji !
