Extreme pathetic service. They guys will disconnect your current connection without any intimation, and that too without activating your Idea sim.
You’ll have to be after them, to activate the connection, but the customer care executives are so unhelpful, 90% of time they’ll say that system is on updation, they can’t help it. whatever they say have no grounds, till now my connection is not yet activated, and they disconnected my Voda connection way back.
