I have worked with Idea Cellular Ltd in 2004 in the customer service segment. I must say the take good care of their employees. At that point of time it had beautiful ambiance and Cafe Coffee Day in their Premises and specially I would like to mention about the food in the cafeteria which company use to provide to their employees on a very nominal rate only 200 rs which included breakfast, Lunch and dinner. The quality of the food was amazing, fresh and tasty. Cabs were provided to their employees and they were in good condition. The management was very co operative and helpful.
