Last month I got a message from idea which included new mobile numbers . One of them was similar to my current one so I decided to order it. Their serviceman came to my home the next day and handed me sim saying that number will be activated after 2 days.
I waited 2 days and found the number was not activated. I contacted them again and they still asked me to wait 1 week more . I was afraid thinking that I have been scammed. Later I went to their service centre and felt bit relief when I got to know they weren’t scammers. After 2-3 more days sim was activated from idea.
Later too I didn’t had a good experience their services are poor and it mostly shows it out of range. And even friends reported they are mostly unable to call me on it and it says unreachable almost every time.
