I am an Idea(earlier known as SPICE) customer since 1997.
1) I was offered an add on card which I opted for and they assured me 3000 sms free. I started using it and kept getting charged. Called the customer care and they said that they cant do anything about it. wrote emails to them, and didnt get any reply. Then went to their office in Richmond road and they said they will get back to me. All in all it took 10 days of waste of time and energy just to get the work done. This inspite of me having it in writing in the application form.
2) Last year a customer care person called me and told me that they have an offer for cheap international calls to certain countrys for Rs. 49 per month. I opted for it and had been enjoying the same service for all this time. All of a sudden my last years bill does not have this charges. I called the customer care and they were absolutely clueless and have no idea what I was talking about. I sent an email, and its been 10 days since I got any reply. Now again I have to go to their office and wait for another 10 days.
