Hi friends iam gonna tell how idea charged me for nothing, recently I have shifted to Chennai, I ported my number from DoCoMo to idea, coz only idea network works good Chennai, first 1 month it was good but after 1 month idea charged me 130rs for unknown services, when I called them no one responded well, and disconnected my call, when I asked to lodge complain no one is listening nor respond well.
After decrease of my money even I didn’t get any free services for which they have cut the money.
When I called to deactivate my service.and refund of money I just got deactivation of service, but not refund of money.
