Among all mobile operators idea is one of them.I agree it’s marketing is growing up gradually and gradually.But I want to share my personal experience with it.First about it’s network.Network is good in urban area but in rural it is very poor.3g and4g are available only in cities but in rural 2g also becomes very pathetic sometime. Take very long time to complete 1mb task.2nd customer service is good. 24* 7 we can contact customer care.But real problem is they don’t pick up the call getting time delay which make someone impatience.Sims are available in good price.Talktime is higher than the sim selling price which is given a new customer as new joining.Powerplus and plans are available in very cheap price.In my point of view network problem is only the reason which is reducing it’s market and customer.I hope they will improve it.
