I was nicely using Vodafone for 18 years and by mistake I changed the network to Idea cellular. Now my phone always say "No Service" & if I call customer care then no one is available. Rather you cannot reach customer care at all. I tried dialing their 1800 270 0000 number- this number does not exist then 9891012345- no customer care and then 198.
On 198 number, they make you listen to all their offers and jam your brain with lots of music and the moment you finally get an option that please press 6 to speak to customer care then the phone will get disconnected or it will show "Call Failed." These people are sick and will make you sick if you ever shift to IDEA Cellular.
I am filing a legal suit against them in next 5 days and loss to my business due to their no network & no customer. I am also recording all their music that they force you to listen.
PLEASE DONT TAKE ANY SERVICE OF IDEA CELLULAR. BETTER BE WITHOUT A MOBILE PHONE THEN USING IDEA.
some one give them senses to run a business. I am stuck as I have no choice except to use their services for 3 months.
